    The Cash Management Mexico team provides liquidity management, payments and receipts services to hundreds of multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments locally and around the world that entrust their business to Bank of America. Regionally, Bank of America currently has local branches in Brazil and Mexico, and representative offices in several LATAM countries.

    A Product Manager is a role for creative minds that want to develop new services aligned with Bank of America’s strategy, with a great level of responsibility by ensuring end-to-end functionality of treasury products.

    Product Manager will support the Onshore Cash Management and FX products development, partnering with existing product team, support areas and more specifically interact with the Tech teams in order to deliver Cash Management and FX solutions to Global and Local Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking clients. Partner closely with client-facing teammates to consult on product opportunities, helping monitor the product offering, closing gaps and being aware of trends and opportunities.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Candidates with Cash Management background or other related areas expertise
    • 5-10 years’ experience on the Banking industry
    • Expert in Cash Management products (payments, collections, etc.)
    • Fluent in English and Spanish
    • Advance project management skills required
    • Ability to work on a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
    • Ability to organize and follow-up deliverables while maintaining a clear view of prioritization
    • Ability to analyze market and competitive conditions
    • Written and verbal ability to communicate with different internal teams as well as with clients
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Customer mindset
    • Knowledge of Agile project management methodology is preferrable
    • Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
    • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
    • Knowledge and experience in Local Mexico Regulations
    • Experience on the local and cross border payments
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to write concise and clear reports in Spanish and English;
    • Must be a problem solver, work collaboratively and positive attitude facing stressful situations

    Role responsibilities

    • Manage medium and long term projects as a Project Manager
    • Participate in the deployment of innovative solutions or enhanced products
    • Work with global stakeholders across different areas to ensure correct functionality of products
    • Create analysis of trends, KPIs, data mining, revenue/costs to align product strategies
    • Manage end-to-end risks associated with the local products, always in compliance with internal and local regulations
    • Support the Sales team as a Product Expert during RfP’s (Request for Proposals), project implementations and day to day activities
    • Responsibility for all local FX Product change related activities, including process and procedures, and its reporting to Regional FX Team, as the responsible for the channel
    • Participates with management discussions in the development of local solutions, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area
    • Serves as an escalation point between the client/business area and internal management
