Job Description:

Position Summary

EAE Support is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide production support for Enterprise Shared Capabilities and RPA platforms.

This L3 engineer would handle support and deployment of .NET based enterprise applications, management of Robotic Process Automation consoles, and encryption services.

Direct involvement of support of multiple tier 1 platforms, handle disaster recovery exercises, support high availability projects, and ensure 24x7 monitoring is in place for applications supported.

Additional responsibilities: Performs detailed research, troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis and stability related tasks of production related issues.

Participate and drive outage calls Initiates process improvement activities as appropriate.

Required Skills

Primary REQUIRED trait - must have keen interest in technology, forensics, troubleshooting and problem solving.

  • Experience with UI Path, Pega robotics, or other automation based platforms.
  • 5-7 years of experience with supporting and troubleshooting Web-Based Technologies.
  •  Experience with robotic process automation and/or business process management.
  •  Self-motivated, drive and willingness to learn on their own.
  • Very clear communication skills both written and oral.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Web-Based, n-tier Architectures.
  •  Experience with log analysis - IIS, Event, and Performance logs.
  •  Real-world experience supporting a wide-variety of technologies including HTTP servers, databases, Windows/Unix/Linux, load-balancers, single-sign-on, network design, as well as application platforms in a large-scale user setting.
  • Comprehensive Troubleshooting and Debugging skills at all levels of a distributed Web Application.
  • Strong Experience supporting ASP.Net /IIS applications and infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting Java/WebSphere implementations.
  • Practical, hands-on, usage of troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
  • Working knowledge and experience Windows 2012/2016 server.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP and SSL protocols.
  • Knowledge and experience with Web Security concepts such as – SSL, PKI, Single Sign-on
  • Proven ability to learn and understand custom Internet applications for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Person needs to have full understanding of SQL clusters, VM and Cloud technology, and how these integrate with SAN's.

Tertiary Skill :Microsoft IIS

Desired Skills

  • Experience with MuleSoft integration.
  • Experience with Redis database.
