Connecting Asia Pacific to the world
Our Asia Pacific team is spread across 19 cities in 12 markets. We are focused on connecting Asia to the world and the world to Asia, using our global expertise to ensure success is shared between us, our clients and our communities. Our regional footprint covers 12 currencies, more than a dozen languages and five time zones, placing us firmly among the region’s leading financial services companies.
Responsibilities:
Distributes onshore FICC products to assigned account base, and becomes the relationship manager and connecting point for all offshore FICC products.
Develops and maintains Client relationships and determines which products best meet Clients' needs
Studies market relationships and current market conditions to increase account/market penetration
Providing flows color on the desk as well as offering sale advice
Generating ideas and communicating them to the client base to maximize client commissions
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree required
6+ years of experience in FICC area, will also consider candidates with banking and equity background
Strong energy and attitude to manage the difficulty of dealing with China Head Quarter teams on a daily basis. Financial Institutional clients experience is a must-have, and Local Corporates experience will be a plus
Independent thinker and willing to learn from a bench of experiences sales people
Strong analytical skills and confident to take on a client facing role independently
Capable revenue contributor with trackable sales record
Close relationships with Top accounts
