
Job Description:
As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for working directly with corporate clients to promote Bank of America’s employee banking and financial wellness program to their employees to generate new banking relationships. In this role, you will launch new employee banking programs, drive program awareness to increase enrollments, and deepen existing banking relationships Competencies required include relationship building, innovative thinking, analysis/research, in-depth knowledge of products, client facing program management, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2-5 years related experience.
Candidate will initiate and manage all new client onboarding, program development and execution. Candidate will manage relationships with external Clients, develop new growth channels for employees of these clients as well as enhancing existing experiences. Candidate will be required to partner with enterprise teammates to improve the client experience, acquire new business and expand relationships. Candidate will be responsible for navigating conversations across all channels as well as with internal control partners, product leaders, marketing and finance teams to manage the client-facing experience and overall results of the program. Candidate may be responsible for development, management and execution of process improvements including contract management, governance, marketing, and client experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand new client assignments so they align with consumer business and channel strategy
Test innovative concepts and/or referrals to enhance results and develop program
Engage enterprise LOBs managing work by product, LRC, vendor, marketing and client experience teams
Collaborate with partners & clients to develop tactics & implementation plans
Manage approval processes w/multiple stakeholders (Channel, Product, LRC, marketing, Finance)
Implement and manage approval routines as required
Negotiate agreements necessary to support partner onboarding and renewals
Work with vendor management, sourcing and legal as required
Required Skills:
Executive presence for both client facing and internal presentations
Experience with external client facing relationships
Strong relationship management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with managing multiple priorities
Results-oriented with proven track record of establishing accountability
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx
Location:
Main area of interest resides in Charlotte NC, Chicago IL, Nashville TN, Boston MA, and Plano TX. Position will require to go into office location.
