Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting /Accounting Policy (CFO)

Where The Role Fits:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Group is responsible for the overall financial management of our company. This includes accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, corporate investments and tax.

Role Overview

The CFO team is looking for a teammate responsible for more complex finance activities involving regulatory reporting and accounting policy. This individual must have strong knowledge of the SEC reporting requirements and guidelines to maintain records, will prepare required financial reports and support the achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners. This individual will also lead projects, coordinates resources, may provide supervision to a small staff and manage partner relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance - or related work experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving capabilities

  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge

  • Ability to communicate complex results in a clear, concise and partnering manner

  • Results driven with ability to work independently to meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written, including well-developed presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate with teammates and business partners

  • Ability to proactively identify problems and develop solutions

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
