Where The Role Fits:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Group is responsible for the overall financial management of our company. This includes accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, corporate investments and tax.
Role Overview:
The CFO team is looking for an employee that is responsible for more complex finance activities involving implementation of strategic plans, profitability analysis, forecasting and financial reporting for a business unit or associate area. In this role, an individual will support the achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners. This employee will leads projects and coordinates resources and may provide supervision to a small staff. In this role, an individual may also manage partner relationships.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting) or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience with strong, proven financial reporting background
Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Well organized and strong attention to detail
Demonstrates strong technical and analytical skills
Strong communicator (verbal and written) with ability to influence
Experience sourcing and analyzing data
Proven relationship management skills with key business stakeholders
Have demonstrated independent, strategic thinking to impact financial strategy
