The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Group is responsible for the overall financial management of our company. This includes accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, corporate investments and tax.
Role Overview
The CFO team is looking for a leader responsible for directing the day-to-day finance activities for a business unit / associate area. The key activities of this role include strategic and annual planning and implementation, profitability analysis, forecasting and financial reporting. As an employee in this role, you will manage partner relationships and associates. In addition to supervisory / administrative duties, individuals are actively involved in the execution of processes they manage and assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and/or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience with strong, proven financial reporting background
Understanding/ability to work with complex Excel formulas
PowerPoint skills
Detail oriented
Self-starter
Results oriented
Strong communication, organization, presentation, analytical and leadership skills
