Sr. Data Technology Analyst

Job Description

: Responsible for designing and implementing processes to facilitate the records management processes. Key activities include working with businesses and technology for systematic integration and process automation. Additionally, this role will partner with the Legal department on requests and process improvements, system integration testing, and maintain all required documentation related to GRM processes.

Additionally, this role will partner with risk management and technology teams to ensure process improvements implemented align with risk tolerance.  Further, this role will work with Application Governance, Records Coordinators, and Record Process owners to define and execute Operational Excellence projects to ensure records management processes are integrated with GSEP best practices.

Required Job Skills:

•         Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with data analysis, modeling, data science

•         Strong business acumen with flow diagrams (process design/data lineage/mapping)

•         Experience working with large data sets to develop statistical relationships and models

•         Experience documenting and remediating risks

•         Critical Thinking & Problem solving

•         Proactive self-starter 

•         Experience creating technical requirements in an Agile environment

•         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

•         Strong communication (written and verbal) 

•         Proven history of being a team player; comfortable engaging with team members from multiple businesses
