Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst

Role Description:
This role is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work in the dynamic Paris Equity and Debt Client services team. The team provides support to Global sales & trading desks across the institutional client business. The role involves facing off with many different business lines, gaining exposure to a multitude of systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role supporting our Sales Trading Desks as well as working closely with our back-office settlement teams and Client Relationship Managers. The team deals primarily (but not exclusively) with the booking, allocation and confirmation of equity and debt trades executed with our institutional client base. The team is also fully responsible for end-to-end settlement of French client trades. Additional responsibilities will include facing off to the Front Office, dealing with queries, managing priority clients to make sure benchmarks are met, ensuring periodic functions are performed in strict accordance with timelines and checklists, managing inbox queries and issues, following process control standards on all tasks and duties performed.
The successful candidate will be pro-active with an analytical approach to work. The individual will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written and be able to work in a pressurized environment whilst maintaining an attention to detail. The trade life cycle is covered from execution to confirmation responsibilities, monitor client confirmations, booking of trade allocations, pre-matching trades, settlements issues and query management. Establish good working relationships internally with the front office, sales teams, middle and back-office teams, develop and maintain procedures, ensure compliance with target control standards, managing client communications, problem escalation to product specialists and technical support teams. Provide internal and external training where required

Global Markets Operations (GMO) delivers support for Global Markets sales, trading and services across securities, derivatives, foreign exchange, futures, options and commodities products for Corporate Treasury, Corporate Investment Portfolio and Wealth Management. This team sits within the Client Operational Services division which manages the daily operations of our Global Market client base, handles post-trade operations and is the primary interface to our important clients
