Administrative Assistant - Global Operational Continuity & Resiliency

An exciting opportunity to join the Global Operational Continuity, Resiliency & Services (GOCRS) team who is responsible for setting the tone and shaping the environment for enterprise operational continuity & resiliency.  The organization, along with our LOB/CF partners, is focused on the continued delivery of critical services of the Company and our ability to respond to severe yet plausible stress scenarios.  Further, the area of operational resiliency is of key interest and focus by senior leadership of the Company and the global regulatory community.  This opportunity will offer engagement across the organization and career development in this exciting and evolving area of financial services. 

The candidate will perform diverse, advanced, and confidential administrative support including composing, signing, and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence. Relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for the executive. Reads, screens, refers, and responds to incoming and outgoing meeting requests, ensuring that referrals are made, responses are gathered and summarized. Typically manages different and conflicting objectives, projects, or activities at once. Coordinates schedules/calendars for corporate level executives. May act as liaison to outside groups coordinating events where the executive is a corporate chair, director, or committee member. Communicates with executives and line management to gather/convey relevant information. Some staff at this level are involved in exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment.
 

Required Skills:

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, self-starter who can operate independently

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Record of effectively leveraging technical tools to include Outlook, WebEx, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur, Ariba/eRequest, myTechnology Portal, ARM, OneFacility/ACR and Recognition tool

  • Proven relationship skills and ability to work with a variety of constituent groups

  • Ability to work with peer administrators on meeting coordination and scheduling

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new and varying assignments

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multi-task, self-starter requires minimum supervision     

Desired Experience:  

  • Prior administrative/executive assistant experience

  • General project management & SharePoint experience

  • Understanding of enterprise lines of business and Company structure

  • Capable of executing against priorities with less than complete data
