Talent Acquisition Consultant II

Job Description:

This role is responsible for developing a best-in-class Talent Acquisition Community by modernizing and streamlining our operating environment while also creating positive end user experiences for our Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and candidates.  You will partner with the TA community to help create a sustainable Op Ex culture.  Additionally, you will participate in multiple projects to help support and drive the vision of our Talent Acquisition and broader GHR organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to create an optimal experience for Recruiters, Hiring Managers and candidates, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive recruitment optimization by finding opportunities to enhance and improve Talent Acquisition systems, tools, workflows, and processes
  • Process owner for key Talent Acquisition core processes
  • Produce and maintain operational documents including process workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Provide day to day operational guidance to the Talent Acquisition Team, HR Partners, and other internal business partners
  • Resolve escalated issues concerning TA core process
  • Manage key recruiting projects from concept through to execution; prioritize and set expectations on activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Operations experience in a large-scale corporate environment
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to be flexible, adaptable, and collaborative in a fast-past, ever-changing work environment
  • Ideal candidate must have excellent oral & written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts
  • A problem solver with a “can do” attitude, consultative approach, and client service mentality
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and drives issues through completion with a positive attitude

Highly organized with ability to drive many competing priorities and multiple tasks concurrently
