
Job Description:
The Service Delivery Consultant will ensure technology applications are in-compliance with enterprise Application Management Policies. Coordinating for certification of AIT’s against new version of OS and related products, Maintenance of AIT, publishing reports for Sr. Management, track and assist AIT owners to stay complaint all the time.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership &accountability of Applications, keeping related SOR updated at all times
Maintain Application compliance with enterprise policies and coordinate with onshore technical SME to address gaps
Coordinate Access Reviews, DR tests, CPT, TRP updates, BTConverge, ADSF as well as other Ad-hoc deliverables
Enterprise Change Management responsibility for initiating scheduled changes related to app maintenance, patching, and compliance
Follow CRQ process through implementation and closure of successful work
Timely follow-up and coordinate with multiple stakeholders – Function Managers, Appsupport, Dev, Business support team, Vendor/Vendor manager and Risk teams
Quarterly access review / attestation
Coordinate disaster recovery exercise as needed
Coordinate Information security and vulnerability remediation
Provide appropriate communication to stakeholders related to compliance related deliverables
Required Skills:
Attention to detail, ability to comprehend fast and convert to action items
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills including presentation skills
Flexible to accommodate different time zone across globe
Basic technical knowledge of Java, .Net, Oracle, SQL, Windows, Unix, Linux
Excellent verbal and written skills
Experience with Powerpoint, MS Excel and SharePoint
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, assign requirements and ensure timely completion
Ability to interact with BSMs, vendor/vendor managers
Strong analytical skills and self-driven
