Primary goal of the team is to assist enterprise in advancing safe and effective usage of AI to gain competitive advantage in improving financial lives of customers and clients. The team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starting/proactive, detail-oriented individual to support AIPSG team to coordinate and drive team's activities with all relevant stakeholders.

Here are typical day-to-day responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of database related solutions
• Developing and enhancing reporting and analytical solutions to track and assess performance
• Monitor Data Quality and automation efforts
• Creating and maintaining procedures and documentation
• Gathering, documenting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions regarding complex data and information
• Ability to develop, provide guidance and recommendations on process improvements (with tangible benefits) and “best practices"
• Partner with EIT teams, Test Owners and FLU Data contacts to understand data needs and connection complexity
• Ability to create and drive presentations with large teams

Required Skills:

• 5 years Data analytics and reporting experience required
• Ability to present and explain findings to leadership
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
• Ability to think and act strategically
• Skilled at using data to formulate recommendations for solutions
• Able to make recommendations for improvements to reporting
• Experience with the design and development of reports in Tableau
• MS Excel / VBA (ADO) automation experience
• SQL Experience
• Tableau experience highly preferred

Desired Experience:  

• SharePoint, Ms Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Agile Tools (JIRA, Confluence etc)
• Project planning experience, including project scoping, timing needs, and reporting
