
Job Description:
The Card & Small Business Unsecured Lending team is part of the Consumer/Global Wealth Management (GWIM) CFO organization. The primary focus of the team is providing financial support for the Consumer and GWIM unsecured lending products. The team engages with other CFO teams and multiple corporate partners to produce corporate financial forecasts, key metric reporting, executive reviews, and the overall support of strategic decisions that drive responsible growth for our bank. Our business partners may include the Line of Business, Business Financial Officers, Enterprise Stress Testing team, Marketing, and Risk, among others.
The focus of this specific role is to be the primary Finance point of contact for all credit line strategies for existing credit cardholders. This teammate will work directly with Line of Business and Risk partners to provide analytical and business case support for strategic initiatives and will be responsible for developing forecasts utilizing existing models as well as measuring performance vs. forecast. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate will gain exposure to the Credit Card Lending products and the key strategies utilized to drive growth, as well as gain exposure to all Consumer banking products supported by the larger team. In addition to the responsibilities supporting Credit Line Management, and in direct alignment to the LOB leaders, this role will also have responsibility for all pricing initiatives including the justification for certain fees, rationalization of legacy products, and other adhoc business cases.
The teammate is expected to become the subject matter expert for their respective area of focus and interact directly with the Credit Line Management team manager, other CFO partners, and Line of Business, Marketing, or Risk partners. The individual is expected to be a self-starter and critical thinker with a demonstrated ability to act as a team lead, directing the work efforts of others.
