Business Digital Initiative Planning Executive

Charlotte, North Carolina;

Job Description:

The Business Digital Initiative Planning Executive is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for coordinating and securing initiative funding; negotiating capacity tradeoffs with other CXO teams; and managing the tech portfolio across the full Global Banking (SB, BB, GCB & GCIB) portfolio.  They will partner closely with all members of the leadership team and key partners to ensure Business CXO initiatives are appropriately prioritized and managed.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who is willing to roll up their sleeves and find a way

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in a large scale high-performing business 
  • Fosters an environment where business goals are aligned with customer needs, giving the ability to exceed customer expectations 
  • Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a passion to win. Will not give up in the face of resistance or setbacks. Will not take “No” for an answer

  • Strong executive presence and proficient communicator that instills confidence and builds trust

  • Demonstrates resiliency and sound judgment in dealing with business challenges and ambiguity. Can be counted on during difficult times. Recognizes when a decision must be made and acts with a sense of urgency
     

Desired Skills:

  • BS or MS in business, computer science, marketing, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience 
  • Financial or similar industry experience preferred 
  • Project and program management experience preferred 
  • Agile Experience, SAFE certification preferred
