Overview

This position will lead the Global Markets, Research, GTS & Enterprise Credit Campus Recruiting and Program Management Organization. This role is responsible for setting the campus strategy that will enable us to attract and retain top tier talent in a rapidly changing environment. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Business Executives and Human Resources leaders to provide strategic direction and tactical execution of campus recruitment and program talent strategy that will support and drive business objectives. In addition, they will be managing a team and partner across stakeholder groups.

This is a high impact role supporting a fast paced organization that has substantial growth goals. The successful candidate must possess mature and sound judgment, integrity, and self-confidence with a strong desire to succeed. The successful candidate will also have leadership experience where they have proven track record of generating results aligned to business goals.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Set a global Campus Recruitment and Program strategy ensuring alignment to business objectives, strategic priorities and diversity goals

  • Drive focus on diversity and inclusion, and implement diversity strategy

  • Lead a high performing team; provide coaching to improve performance and promote individual and team development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders and HR partners; provide advice, counsel and information to the businesses to enable them to improve their ability to attract and retain strong talent to the firm

  • Influence and shape the future direction of campus talent needs and program experiences

  • Evolve existing and establish new full time programs with a focus on meeting business needs while offering long term professional development and opportunity

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leadership in order to advise on junior talent strategy and enhancing the delivery of a seamless process

  • Foster recruiting partnerships with our internal clients including hiring managers, school alumni, employee resources groups and HR partners

  • Leverage talent analytics to assess and improve current strategy to ensure a world-class practice; ability to take a data driven approach to decision making that inform our current and future plans

  • Help to drive entry level hiring process from headcount planning to strategic workforce planning

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Development team to share insight into early career programs across various industries; inform business leaders about best practices aligned to talent management of Gen Z population

  • Ensure candidates receive a best class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process

  • Proactively manage budget and partner on operational processes with routine focus on compliance and management of risk

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Global Markets, Campus Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development or as an HR Generalist

  • 5+ years of managerial experience with demonstrated success in leading teams, talent management and development and coaching

  • Excellent client relationship skills. Business focused proactive approach to recruiting work

  • Strong consulting and project management skills with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps, clearly articulate what needs to be done, and mobilize others in the right direction; strong attention to detail

  • Ability build and maintain strong and influential relationships across all levels of an organization with a results-driven approach

  • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills with the ability to think creatively through problems and recommend solutions while understanding downstream impacts

  • A continuous learner with demonstrated success in staying agile and comfortable navigating through complexity

  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills

  • Proven track record as a relationship builder, team player, collaborator, coach, and facilitator

  • Bachelor’s degree

Desired Experience

  • Deep subject matter knowledge in campus recruiting in a global investment bank or similar environment

  • Markets Experience preferred

Enterprise Role Overview:

Responsible for professional, technical and nonexempt recruiting policy and activities for a specific business segment of the corporation. Interacts with Senior business unit managers to develop staffing and recruiting plans.
