
Job Description:
Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) is the centralized, independent testing function within Global Risk Management (GRM) focused on operating as an enterprise utility to test processes and controls that require testing across the company. EIT’s testing provides business leaders visibility of their process and control effectiveness which enables early risk detection and the mitigation of operational risk. As a center of excellence, EIT conducts independent testing throughout the year globally, providing ongoing feedback to monitor and improve processes. EIT tests processes and controls on behalf of Second Line of Defense, Frontline Units (FLUs) and Control Functions (CFs), enabling more efficient and effective testing.
EIT Business Operations manages the organization’s strategic priorities and business initiatives. Associate Readiness is one of the core functions within EIT Business Operations. The Associate Readiness (AR) Consultant supports the business in all aspects of employee readiness including consulting, designing, creating, implementing, and measuring learnings as well as writing and distributing communications across EIT. This role consults with senior management to define and lead projects that encompass and impact many employees. The AR Consultant requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area. This role assists with execution of key strategic initiatives and participates in business/strategic planning process within Enterprise, LOB or ECF Compliance functions. The AR Consultant has a working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures.
In this role, the AR Consultant will partner/consult across EIT functions, Learning, HR, Corp Communications, GT&O and other business partners to develop comprehensive training and communications strategies and solutions. The AR Consultant will track and measure communications activities to assess and improve performance as EIT implements new processes, services, and automation. The AR Consultant must be able to manage the curriculum development life cycle from identification of training requirements, design, and development, to implementation and evaluation. The AR Consultant must be able to develop easy-to-understand associate readiness materials for clients and employees, produces email campaigns and newsletters to testing services and automation and delivers training that is learner-centered. This role requires the ability to listen, engage effectively with the EIT subject matter experts, ask the right questions, write with clarity, multi-task, meet deadlines, and can translate complex processes and services into simple language.
