Global Change Coverage Model, Escalation, & Reporting Manager

Job Description:

The Global Change EAC team owns the Global Change Policy and Standards, a central change process and is an Enterprise Areas of Coverage for Global Change. This role is a key leader in the Global Change EAC Governance and Coverage Model team and coordinate several EAC coverage model activities, escalation and reporting of current and emerging risk related to the change management process. Key areas of accountabilities include:

•    Global Change Governance Standard and Change Executive Accountabilities
•    EAC Process health point of view; Global Change EAC and central change process
•    Monitoring and risk assessments
•    Review and analysis of key control and metric performance where results are reviewed to facilitate risk identification
•    Escalations documentation and review of escalation to GCOR Risk Committees, Management Risk Committees and Enterprise Risk Committees
•    Communicate crisply and candidly with FLU/LOB and Global Risk executives and think strategically

Requested and desired skills and qualifications:
•    Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework, 1st Line of Defense Business Controls and/or 2nd Global Compliance and Operational Risk Functions (monitoring, testing, assessment, etc)
•    Working knowledge of Process Owner Accountability and experiences as follows:
•    Process, Risk and Control, experience in Centralized Process Ownership (legacy Business Enablement) a plus
•    Process Owner Portal (POP) and ORCIT
•    Facilitation – Demonstrates the knowledge, skills, motivations, and behaviors required to be a successful meeting facilitator, such as: Delivers materials effectively while maintaining audience attention; Uses a variety of methods to effectively facilitate discussions and transfer information to key audiences
•    Communication – Demonstrates ability to develop and deliver concise, professional to various levels of the organization from senior leaders to front line change practitioners
•    Analytical skills – Able to analyze data and trends at a deeper level, report and escalate when needed, recognize trends in performance and identify systemic skill gaps to curate solutions.
•    Change adoption – Seeks best practices and insights, reaches beyond own experience, engages top performers and global resources for input on best practices.
•    Prioritization – Identifies key drivers and opportunities; identifies levers that influence trends; then prioritizes focus for greatest and most critical impact.
•    Ownership – Demonstrates personal accountability to drive new initiatives that accelerate adoption, drive skills development and take performance to the next level.

Required Skills: Minimum Years of Business & Functional Experience: 7 years
Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience

Desired Skills: In depth knowledge of or certification in law, rule, regulation or area of coverage (ie: SCRA, Privacy); Desired: Association of Privacy Professional (IAPP) accredited certification programs for Privacy EAC
