Business Analyst - Merchant Services

Charlotte, North Carolina;

Job Description:

The Business Analyst is responsible for conducting portfolio analysis, initiative support at varying levels and to drive and facilitate change through an enterprise framework. The position requires the incumbent to have diverse process design and execution expertise and to oversee various initiatives, to be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with Merchant Services, technology management, and work closely with other organizations within the LOB.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Define, operate and drive continual maturation of the processes and controls that will function and horizontally support the entire Merchant Services organization

• Interact with the senior leadership team, respective business support leads and technology leaders

• Project management

• Issue and risk management

• Ensure policy compliance for key processes owned/supported by Initiative Portfolio Management Team

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of BAC and systems, Merchant Services and Payments, JIRA, Enterprise Change Management
