Data Technology Analyst - Process Excellence

Job Description:

Assists with development of data applications in the data flow for a data domain. Supports data domain adherence to EDM Standards, including implementation and monitoring of all required transport controls and maintenance of all required metadata. Assists in remediation of data incidents.

Candidate will be focusing on an initial uplift to analyze processes end-to-end, implementing a new consistent process framework, rapidly closing “just do it” gaps, and establishing a central library and approach for audit and risk engagement.

• Entry level roles for individuals with upward potential

• Process library management, as well as audit support and process documentation maintenance

Required Skills:

• Team player – willingness to speak up or compromise where appropriate
• Be innovative – how can we improve on things? Are there automation opportunities to consider?
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically around pivot tables and macros

Desired Skills:

• Team lead experience
• Experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft Project
