Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset and risk management focus.  RPWS is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their clients live their best financial lives.

Job Description:

This position plays a key role within the Institutional Retirement Investments team, which is responsible for managing our open-architecture investments platform supporting 401(k), Self-Directed Brokerage, NQDC, Health Benefits, and more. This role works closely with both internal and external investment product stakeholders to manage a variety of investment projects and processes.   

Responsibilities include:

• Manage projects that enhance the quality of service provided to our clients and reduce risks
• Timely response to inquiries from advisors, consultants, and third-party asset managers, including Requests for Proposal (RFP) and the team mailbox 
• Develop and maintain the Investments Team’s policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain the Investments Team’s marketing collateral
• Execute monthly and quarterly reporting needs to external stakeholders
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates to our fund database(s) as needed
• Drives development of process changes as we continue to grow and enhance our investments framework  

Requirements:

• Investment product knowledge, e.g., mutual funds, custom funds and separately managed accounts
• Organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in product and/or project management
• Intellectually curious, independent worker who takes initiative
• Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders while driving results
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
