Small Business Lending is a complex business with tremendous growth opportunities. This senior-level strategy role will lead client segment targeting strategies and industry and performance analytics to help ensure we are delivering financial solutions to the right clients and in the most optimal way.
Consumer Product Strategy Manager II Responsibilities include:
Will act as an analytical team lead that helps identify, prioritize, and execute new strategies and support initiatives that will drive responsible growth.
Deliver innovative ideas to drive targeting and sales channel tactics that will transform product delivery and maximize sales-to-fulfillment pull through to improve sales performance and generate operating leverage
Partner with Product, Channel, and Risk partners to maximize the small business credit-buy box across each product offer and client profile, banking relationship, and industry
Support portfolio insight analytics to identify cross-product and cross-functional strategies that will simplify client-centric engagement and relationship deepening
Accountable for successful lead generation and marketing campaign execution while achieving aggressive speed-to-market standards and maintaining high control standards
Support and drive strategic tool and functionality development including systematic targeting capabilities and analytical models to optimize performance
Support complex data mining and ad-hoc analytics to solve complex small business lending opportunities and strategy execution
Required Skills:
10+ years of business strategy development and/or data analytics
5+ years of financial and lending product experience
Senior-level problem solving skills to identify and solve credit product needs through structured analytics and tactics
Proven ability to work with product and client-level data to improve and monitor performance in a complex data and analytical environment
Proven partnership, organizational, and leadership skills to work in a team-based environment to identify, analyze, and develop initiatives while challenging the status quo
Superior written and verbal communication skills that influences with impact across at all levels of management
Very detailed oriented with standard of excellence in quality and accuracy
Ability to handle and lead multiple priorities with very acute attention to detail
Results-oriented with proven track record of establishing accountability
Desired Skills:
Software experience such as SAS or SQL
Understanding of Small Business Lending products
Experience with development risk and underwriting strategies
Working knowledge with model risk management and statistics
