Senior Data Technology Analyst - Global Records Retention Schedule

Job Description:

Senior Data Technology Analyst within Global Records Management Operations.  Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the Global Records Retention Schedule.  Specifically, ensuring the law library underlying the retention schedule is maintained and is up to date based on changes to legislation and managing the bi-annual retention schedule change process Additional activities include: Continuously improving and simplifying the retention schedule and related technology used for publication and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and the Records Coordinators in the front line units.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial services role

Ability to adjust and react with optimism and professionalism to multiple demands and shifting priorities

Strong project management and presentation skills

Ability to convey information in a clear, concise, and logical manner at all levels

Capable of influencing strategic direction and developing tactical plans

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Power Point, and Word.

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Team player capable of collaborating with both internal and external partners

Desired Skills:

Records Management experience

Operations Management experience

Project Management experience

Understanding of technology change and support processes
