Job Title: Senior Operations Consultant

Corporate Title: up to Vice President

Location: Bromley

Line of Business Specific Job Description:

This role will be supporting the EMEA Banking Loans and Trade Finance Ops organization reporting directly into the Regional Ops Head working on a variety of projects and monitoring routine which may include research, report gathering and analyzing of data.

Core Responsibilities may include:

  • Conduct meetings on assigned routines, projects and facilitate reviews and collect/consolidate materials
  • Proactively recommend process improvements, formulate solutions and recommend action plans with an eye towards consistency in solution and design
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders and teams
  • Managing multiple projects through the full project cycle from initiation through deployment. 
  • Maintain procedure and process documentation related to core activities across the space
  • Act as a conduit for Tech enhancement and training
  • Provide line of business specific reporting for day to day management and monthly reporting routines

Required Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with strong organization skills
  • Strong analytical, reporting, oral and written communication skills
  • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions.
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Process Design experience
  • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Desired skills:

  • Trade Finance and/ or lending knowledge desired but not mandatory
