
Job Description:
Neighborhood and community lending production managers are responsible for coordinating and driving Neighborhood Lending Playbook execution across markets which they support and are responsible for achieving Fair Lending and CRA plan benchmarks for their respective geography. In collaboration with mid-level and senior leadership across the Small Business channels (e.g. Small Business Banker Managers, Financial Center channels, centralized sales), production managers will identify and evaluate root-cause of variances to benchmarks, provide gap analysis and develop/maintain actions plan to resolve variances. These action plans include but are not limited to: employee education, management disciplines, community outreach, internal and external partner engagement and execution of core playbook tactics. Thereafter, production managers are responsible for driving monthly market execution routines to ensure a sustained focus in delivering on the plan, and drive adoption of Fair Lending tools and procedures to improve sales Fair Lending and CRA performance

Small Business sales performance to Fair Lending & CRA market benchmarks
Required Skills:
Recommended 3-5 years Consumer and/or Small Business experience
Knowledge of small business clients, products, product offerings and delivery channels
Demonstrated leadership in working across lines of business at all levels
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority to drive process adoption
Strong business, analytical and financial experience
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
Demonstrated ability in building collaborative relationships with external and internal partners included nonprofit organizations, compliance, legal and risk partners
Desired Skills:
Experience in delivering or facilitating educational seminars, internally, externally, and virtually
Bi-lingual
Commercial credit and/or underwriting experience
Understanding of the financial center model
