Wealth/Trust Analyst – Executive Advisory

Job Description:

Executive Advisory Services (EAS) is a team of advisors providing customized wealth planning and compliance services to the senior leaders at Bank of America.  EAS helps executives identify, prioritize, and meet wealth structuring, cash flow, philanthropic, and education funding goals.  EAS also assists executives with tax preparation and planning.  EAS coordinates with business partners to assist executives navigate internal and external regulatory requirements. EAS also coordinates with business partners to assist the executives navigate bank resources, benefits, and compensation plans.

Role Overview

  • Support Executive Financial Advisor (EFA) serve a designated book of business.  Partners with EFA to manage workflow, client deliverables and general team organization.  A client facing role.

  • Prepare personal financial statements and related worksheets.

  • Prepare client deliverables and supporting analysis requested by EFA related to estate and charitable planning, retirement sufficiency planning, life insurance sufficiency, education planning, cash flow planning and other client matters.

  • Coordinate with executive and business partners for collection of financial planning and tax information.

  • Partner with the EAS Tax Manager and EAS Accountants to assist in all client tax related matters.

  • Research issues related to income and financial planning.

  • Participate with entire EAS team in EAS tool development and maintenance.

Competency and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or related industry with a concentration of exposure to tax and personal financial planning for high net worth individuals.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to successfully work within a team-based client service model.  Fosters collaboration.

  • Demonstrates accuracy and completeness in all tasks and follows up as appropriate.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Computer literate with capabilities to utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and sophisticated planning software.

  • BS/BA degree required.  Professional designations (CFP, CPA, CTFA, etc.) not required but beneficial.
