Private Wealth Management team in Frederick, MD seeks Registered Private Wealth Client Associate.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented colleague with leadership experience, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and can maintain effectiveness when experiencing fast-paced changes in work tasks. The ideal candidate will establish strong client relationships by exceeding client expectations and following through on commitments. Our established team is expanding and the candidate will be dedicated to growing with us.
The team serves approximately 35 uniquely successful relationships in the ultra-high net worth and private wealth space. Our 5 member team has an average tenure of 15 years on the team and 25 years with Merrill Lynch. Merrill’s Elite Growth Practice (EGP) framework guides the team’s exemplary high quality client experience standards.
The Registered Private Wealth Client Associate role is a support position, typically providing dedicated operational and sales support to Private Wealth Advisors. For established clients, the Associate will often serve as a frequent point of contact with Merrill Lynch. Initially, the primary role will be to provide support for senior team members. Incumbents will also on a regular basis support office initiatives, in addition to the business of the team.

The Client Associate (CA) role is a sales support position, typically providing dedicated operational and sales support to multiple Financial Advisors (FA's). Incumbents may also on a regular basis support office initiatives, in addition to the businesses of particular FA's. For established clients, the CA will often serve as the most frequent point of contact with Merrill Lynch. Fully registered CA (Series 7 & 66 (63/65)). Fully paid or partially paid by the FA.
