Brokerage Financial Solutions Advisors (FSA) are passionate about helping make the financial lives of our clients better through every connection. As an FSA, you will enjoy working in a team-based environment, engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls. FSAs deepen relationships with existing clients, while providing advice and service support.  You will conduct enhanced portfolio reviews, tailor advice and guidance based on the client’s goals and objectives, while closing on new asset opportunities.  FSAs set clear client expectations to create a smooth transition and continuation of the Bank of America / Merrill relationship.  If you are interested in growing a long term career in finance, passionate about developing strong relationships with clients, and want the ability to learn more about markets and investments, the Brokerage Financial Solutions Advisor role is ideal for you. Required Skills:  

• Series 7, and 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days)
• Minimum of 1+ years financial, investment or customer service experience 
• Passion for excellence and willingness to work to exceed client expectations
• Builds and nurtures strong relationships  
• Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients
• Manages goals, navigates complexity, prioritizes tasks and executes in a fast-paced environment
• Is thorough and thoughtful in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients

Enterprise Role Overview:

Financial Solutions Advisors (FSAs) are phone-based licensed advisors (series 7 and 66 required) that provide clients with holistic financial advice and guidance by identifying broader product and service solutions that meet their investment, savings and liability management solutions. FSAs demonstrate knowledge of investments and financial markets and apply key principles appropriately to the individual client's investment needs. Additionally, they align Merrill Lynch and Bank of America products and services where appropriate. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
