
Job Description:
Reevaluate and streamline the reporting / analytics for the Legal Order & Case Resolution Operations. Create scorecards, metrics, volume and capacity reporting required to maintain daily operations, FLU SLAs, and staffing levels of the LOCRO business. Understand the needs and partner with LOCRO leaders and business partners to deliver key reports for the business. Provide update and timely metrics daily, weekly and monthly.
