Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward thinking mindset and risk management focus.  RPWS is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their client’s live their best financial lives.

the firm. RPWS is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive set of personal wealth and retirement products and services through
Banking, Merrill Edge and Advisory channels. RPWS provides tools and content that enables financial advisors and bankers to help their client’s live better
financial lives.


Job Description:
In depth proactive engagement with Financial Advisors to provide comprehensive solutions to meet client Retirement needs. Demonstrate expert knowledge of,
and support for MLs suite of retirement solutions vehicles and platforms including annuities, 529 plans and IRA Accounts. Partner with specialist peers in other
internal organizations to deliver comprehensive client solutions, and to provide a seamless experience to the Financial Advisor. Partner groups include ISG,
Employee Benefits, Wealth Impact Planning, Insurance, and other specialists. Manage activities in assigned territory with implementation of a comprehensive
coverage plan and travel rotation. Accountable for defined and measured goals including annuity sales, high value activities and driving specific group initiatives.
Support for and alignment with MLWM Channel Management, Leverage and coordinate the segmentation and wholesaling efforts of carrier partners. Conduct
FA training, educational seminars and corporate sales meetings. Participate in client meetings to provide expertise and recommendations related to the most
appropriate retirement solutions.

Required:

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Series 7 and Series 66 required
•Life, Health and Variable Annuity Insurance licensing (or ability to obtain in 30 days).
•Extensive knowledge of annuity products, including but not limited to fixed, fixed index, and variable annuities, and their use in
comprehensive financial planning.
•Strong working knowledge of IRA’s and 529 plans.
•10+ years of directly related experience, including at least 5 years of direct retail or wholesale sales experience.
•Ability to travel 75%+
