Job Title: Trade Control Analyst

The Rates Trade Control Team is seeking a Trade Control Analyst to become a key member of our team!
This Trade Control role supports the Global Rates business and will require a good understanding of Rates products including Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Overnight Index Swaps, Options, FRA’s, Caps, Floors, and Cross Currency Swaps (training will be provided but we expect a basic knowledge coming into the role and for the interview).
Our role is focused on supporting the trading desks, and being responsible for the entire lifecycle of these trades, including trade validation/ reconciliation, trade amendments, regulatory & management reporting and issue resolution. We are continuously looking to improve our processes to provide the best control/support to key stakeholders and trading desks.
The ideal candidate would have a keen interest to learn new products, and thrive working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
