Global Credit Operations Project and Design Manager - Loans, Lease, and Trade

Line of Business Role Description

The Senior Operations Project Manager will act as an objective advisor to LOB heads across a broad set of processes within Loan, Lease and Trade Operations. This role will assist the OpEx Strategy Leader in developing a future state vision for lending fulfillment. Leads the design of the future state fulfillment and servicing processes within Loan, Lease and Trade Operations (supporting lending for Wholesale Credit and Consumer Small Business). Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Areas of focus include:

  • Process Design to reduce variability between lines of business
  • Develop design options that balance risk and reward for senior leaders to opine on
  • Deploys smart forms and new workflow solutions
  • Supports the Operations Excellence program
  • Intelligent automation deployment
  • People/process change
  • Analytics demonstrating change/measurement control planning
  • Leads cross-functional teams and guides process designers on areas of focus for change

Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, client attrition, client profitability, etc. Leads analysis to screen potential improvement targets and manages business development process. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Leads the design, development, execution, and continuous improvement of LOB reporting and dashboards.

Required Skills:

  • 7 plus years’ Fulfillment, Service and Operations experience in a lending environment
  • Experience with lending systems, CashPro and/or client servicing platforms
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams
  • 3 plus years’ experience with process design and project delivery work
  • Bachelor’s college degree required
  • Experience in creating business cases of high monetary value
  • Executive level presentation experience

    Desired Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or Lean Agile certification preferred
  • PMP certification a plus 
  • LoanIQ knowledge
  • Wholesale Credit business process knowledge
  • Consumer Small Business process knowledge
