Enterprise Role Overview:

Provides technical and analytical support in a global markets operations function for one or more operations product areas. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and/or coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. May manage projects and/or the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services and processes, coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and/or products. As a technical expert, may also function as an informal team lead, providing work direction and technical guidance to less experienced employees in resolving complex transactions and operational problems. Requires extensive experience in an operations support function with thorough working knowledge of fundamental business structure and operational aspects for specific transactions and products. As a technical expert, will consult on a wide variety of topics across functional and business support lines.

LOB Specific Job Description:

AML Onboarding function requires an AML Onboarding Business Manager responsible for process oversight and global business management activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of leadership skills, AML/KYC knowledge, data management and strategic thinking. The role requires the ability to develop strong partnerships and coordination with business partners in sales organizations, COS and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent organizational, project management and collaboration skills to deliver output of the highest quality across multiple, concurrent projects and tight timelines
• Responsible for the day to day management of all business management related activities with the Global AML onboarding team - internal forecasting, pipeline reviews, trend and variance analysis (volume and h/c), system updates
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities with focus on developing automation to facilitate needs.
• Support and manage/monitor and report on tactical and strategic efforts to meet customer and business needs
• Establish an agreed upon team scorecard and revisit regularly to ensure accountability
• Support the team with creating scale and capacity through operational efficiencies and available technology
• Coordinates team assignments, projects and key initiatives, and ensures execution of team’s strategy and objectives
• Drive process improvement initiatives aimed to improve client experience, aligned to key strategic priorities
• Develop different levels of reporting to help Ops teams better manage daily pipeline, capacity, business priorities, etc.

Requirements:

Tableau reporting experience including the ability to design and develop tableau dashboards across the organization is REQUIRED
• Good understanding of AML framework

• Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills, including the ability to make effective presentations
• Must be analytical, organized and have ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
• Managed staffing routines and oversight
• Proactive planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Analytical and Problem-solving skills
