Senior Enablement & Integration Digital Manager

Charlotte, North Carolina;

Job Description:

Manages and accountable for orchestration of associate readiness and communications across Consumer Digital, driving associate engagement & adoption of key Consumer initiatives.  Role will require strategic coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure we are influencing change and driving meaningful impact.

Candidate must have strong leadership presence as this work has high visibility with senior-level leadership.   The role requires seamless execution of projects and a focus on orchestration efforts to drive engagement and adoption.

The role is multifaceted with a varying degree of focus and changing priorities.  Ideal candidate must be resilient and willing to take on responsibilities outside of what is highlighted above including but not limited to analytics, reporting and strategy functions.

Ideal candidate will have a strong project management background with proven track record of success in developing go to market programs for large cross channel initiatives.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversight of go to market strategies for cross segment digital solutions
  • Managing senior level relationships with stakeholders in an effort to represent the Consumer Digital organization
  • Connectivity with readiness and academy partners to ensure execution of cohesive value proposition
  • Partnership with comms team for creating headlines
  • Ownership of controls integration for people/process impacts  

Required Skills:

  • 7 plus years of experience developing and managing initiatives
  • Project management skills
  • Must have familiarity with and experience in Consumer Banking
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and delivering results
  • Flexible with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects independently while escalating appropriately
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage complexities, multiple projects and deliver solutions on tight deadlines
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities based on business needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Desired Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or similar area
