
Job Description:
Technology Business Analyst role supporting the enterprise Technology End of Life (EOL)/Not Permitted Technology (NPT) Program. Service delivery role with a risk management and reporting focus. Candidate would support risk management activities for the program, including responding to requests from control partners, such as Audit, Compliance, and Operational Risk and support the implementation and execution of agile reporting strategies (e.g. using Tableau, etc.). This candidate would also gather and review metric results each month, perform UAT testing, and respond to data research questions.
Required Skills
3-5 years technology experience
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
Skilled in Tableau and other reporting capabilities
Strong Excel skills
Intellectually curious - able to proactively analyze information and follow through on potential issue to root cause and solution
Ability to work across organizations to deliver results
Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of BAC infrastructure technologies a plus
