Process Overview*

Corporate Treasury (CT) is responsible for fulfilling Bank of America mandate of enabling and executing well-informed management decisions that optimize Bank of America’s earnings, capital and liquidity for the benefit of our stakeholders. 

Job Description*

The role involves financial reporting, analysis, data management, accounting, data validation, data lineage and liaising with various stakeholders

Responsibilities*

Individual will be required to assist in performing following responsibilities (this is an indicative list and could vary depending on business priorities)

• Responsible for production of various day to day financial and management reporting & financial analysis

• Continuously assess and enhance reporting processes, improving the quality of submissions and identifying new approaches to improve efficiencies

• Contribute to ongoing initiatives to standardize and streamline reporting to drive efficiency

• Support month end/quarter end close

• Work under minimal supervision on Corporate Treasury projects that require creative solutions and automated solutions

• Build and maintain relationships, including across Treasury, technology, project management, and risk/compliance

• Lead/facilitate discussions across various levels of stakeholders/support partners

Certifications If Any

Experience Range*

4 to 6 years in Financial Reporting

Foundational skills*

• Basic working knowledge of reporting, analysis, accounting and various finance functions

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Excel, working knowledge of inbuilt functions like (Vlookups, Index-Matching, pivot tables etc.)

• Display a willingness to learn through research, enquiry, and escalation

• Highly motivated, able to work independently, self-starter and problem/solving/analytical

• Demonstrate ability to work in a team, while contributing individually and across other teams

 Desired skills

• Self-starter ability to work independently

• Ability to respond appropriately to time-sensitive requests

• High level of ownership and attention to detail

• Working knowledge of Oracle/SAP, SQL, Tableau and SharePoint would be preferred
