With a presence in Asia Pacific for more than 60 years, Bank of America Merrill Lynch combines local knowledge and global expertise to offer market-leading products and services across Global Banking and Markets. Our Asia Pacific team is spread across 23 offices in 12 markets. We are focused on connecting
Asia to the world and the world to Asia.
Hong Kong and Singapore being our big hubs in the regions but our presence in the South-East Asia
countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore) is prominent as well.


South-East Asia Local Talent Diversity Program (LTDP):

Key Responsibilities
 Executes assigned audit activities with guidance and support from the auditor in charge and/or
senior associates
 Uses analytical skills and product/technical expertise necessary to execute assigned
responsibilities including using innovative tools and technology to complete work
 Actively contributes and asks questions during team audit activities, including planning and
scoping, process understanding, risk assessment and testing for assigned areas of responsibility;
demonstrates critical thinking and is curious
 Understands and complies with quality standards, continues to develop and hone basic auditing
skills (documentation, assessing risk)
 Identifies control deficiencies, discusses with line management and initiates control matter
recommendations in assigned test areas
 Understands and communicates connection of audit findings to broad strategic business
objectives
 Begins early-stage development of expertise (product line, technology and so on)
 Possesses industry knowledge and awareness; speaks up on ways to improve processes and
practices, challenges the status quo
 Promotes teamwork and shares experience


Key Requirements
 Professionally qualified (Engineers with relevant experience)
 Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle, Information Security, Application Security,
Cyber Security, Infrastructure Security (Networks, EUC)
 Good understanding of the financial services
 Excellent communication skills
 Strong analytical and thinking skills
 Critical and independent thinking
 Quick learner and adaptable
 Positive attitude and task orientation


Program details
 12 months contract role. We generally aim to offer 2 rotations with the 1st rotation after 9
months in the role. This is done to help:
 Gain exposure to wider area of banking.
 Provide sufficient length of time in one role to be able to contribute meaningfully.
 Well defined compensation package
