Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Delivery Consultant

Job Description:

Primary goal of the team is to assist enterprise in advancing safe and effective usage of AI to gain competitive advantage in improving financial lives of customers and clients. The team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starting/proactive, detail-oriented individual to support AIPSG team to coordinate and drive team’s activities with all relevant stakeholders.
Here are typical day-to-day responsibilities:
◾Lead AI Program projects geared towards supporting AI Leadership meetings, AI Stakeholder meetings, streamlining Vendor  Management, managing audit projects, and GSEP Routines
◾Ability to understand and review the details of content for AI workstreams
◾Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation.
◾Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions; Recommends improvements in project deliverables.
◾Delivering consistent, high quality work product while managing dynamic task load in a fast-paced environment.
◾Help implement the overall AI strategic vision in line with Bank of America's broader organizational goals and values.
◾Lead key project meetings with cross functional stakeholders to drive the enterprise strategy of AI use, clearly communicate policy and program requirements to allow for successful deployment.
◾Champion continuous improvements by identifying and providing recommendations for process and project management, helping streamline the requirements and reporting
◾Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to support the AI Program and grow a community of practice.
◾Demonstrated initiative, ownership and independent judgement
◾Create Executive level presentations to develop actionable outcomes 

Required skills:

◾Bachelors Degree strongly preferred or equivalent in a relevant AI technical field
◾At least 10 years of relevant job experience managing complex programs, with relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning a plus
◾Sound knowledge of financial instruments and financial risk/operational risk management principles.
◾ Project planning experience, including project scoping, timing needs, and reporting
◾ Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and story boarding, documentation skills
◾Sharepoint, Agile Tools (JIRA, Confluence etc)
