Job Description:

Job Title:   Media Monitoring Analyst   

Corporate Title:   Officer/AVP

Location:   Dublin

  • Monitoring multiple data feeds reporting/resolving issues

  • Quality assurance routines to validate sentiment across brands

  • Time-sensitive assignments to tune data during critical events

  • Improving rules which define categories and topics as new phrases arise

  • The identification and escalation of risk related items

  • Tracking and reporting daily QA assignments

Key skills:

  • The ability to work at speed and scale in a fast paced environment

  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Brandwatch.

  • Must be able to prioritize and adjust seamlessly to changing priorities.

  • Experience working with Excel, Boolean logic and social media data
