
Job Description:
Leads assigned products, projects, programs or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams. Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans. Provides comprehensive solutions to product and process problems or needs. Responsible for proactive coordination between internal teams and external partners, to deliver key business features. The VP, Product Manager serves as a single point of contact for the line of business and must be capable of managing risk and data biased initiatives in a multi-matrixed environment. This is an individual contributor role.
Role responsibilities include but not limited to:
Required Skills/ Experience
• 5+ years of product/project management experience, or similar experience working within financial/technology organizations
• Product Management or Program Execution experience delivering small to medium-scale initiatives
• Ability to act as a liaison between Product and line of business teams, including peer and senior leaders
• Experienced leader across multiple stakeholder groups and solve complex problems with innovative strategic solutions
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Proven ability to communicate topics to stakeholders through verbal, written, and visual mediums
• Experience leading small-medium scale transformational product, projects or programs
• Ability to lead internal and external team or group sessions (in-person and virtual)
