The ESO organization works with our customers and their families when they have experienced the loss of a loved one. The ESO team crosses multiple lines of business while handling multiple product relationships and ensures that the interests of both the bank and the customer are protected.

Job Description

The Estate Servicing Operations (ESO) team ensures the end-to-end deceased customer experience is coordinated from notification to the final disbursement and/or closure of the account. Working with survivors requires a special touch to ensure all transactions are handled as efficiently as possible and with kindness and sensitivity.

Responsibilities

  • The associate will be responsible for facilitating enquiries made by third party vendors for BOA customers/clients
  • Must understand, interpret and execute the instructions mentioned in the request form
  • Deliver and manage individual targets and contribute towards process metrics
  • Understand, interpret process procedures and regulations
  • Follow SOPs of the process

Requirements*

·        Education* - Graduate (any stream) 

·        Certifications If Any 

·        Experience Range* - 0-2 Years

·        Foundational skills* -

  • Average communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently as well as part of team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes

Work Timings* - 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (IST)* - Time can change based on business requirement
