Financial Wellness Education Coordinator

Business Overview

Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward thinking mindset and risk management focus.  RPWS is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their client’s live their best financial lives.

The Financial Education Strategist within the Participant Engagement Team is responsible for the development of comprehensive broad-based financial education that supports the employees of RPWS plan sponsor clients.  Financial wellness programs are offered through the workplace to provide education and access to tools and personalized guidance that can help improve the financial lives of employees at various stages of life and various income levels. 
 

Summary of Position

  • Identifies education program strategy and works with internal partners from creation through delivery and reports on impact
  • Consult with Communication Coordinators and Engagement Consultants on plan engagement strategies
  • Engages with FAs, CEBI and ICA leads to understand their strategy and needs;  participates in marketing team integration workstreams
  • Content management lead responsible for ensuring throughput on content, maintaining content library and identifying content gaps and creating a path to solve
  • Maintains myFuture blog, newsletter as well as Education Events Center
  • Seismic content management lead for the participant engagement team
  • Champions the value of the Financial Education programs and shares that message with all RPWS partners

Core Knowledge Requirements:

Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Salesforce and Excel are critical to the success of this position. Experience in Project Management is valuable.
 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Minimum of 6 years directly related experience
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, matrixed organization
  • Knowledge of the firm’s products and services or a willingness to learn quickly
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within Compliance deadline)

Colorado pay and benefits information

Colorado pay range:

$96,800 - $121,200 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
