• At least 5 years working in financial services industry where goals were met or exceeded
• Knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
• Demonstrated credit acumen, proficiency in complex income calculation, knowledge of loan guidelines and pricing
• Proven track record of coaching and improving performance in others
• Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners/clients
• Ability to learn and understand technology.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Can quickly learn partners’ business, priorities, challenges, and goals
• Can attract, recruit, motivate, lead and retain a team of diverse client-centric specialists
