The role will be part of the Advisory Division and will be responsible for Advisory performance metrics, PMAC program management, the implementation of complex strategic initiatives and interacting with various levels of field and executive management. 

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Deliver accurate and timely data and analysis to drive GWIM compensation strategy
  • Assist with the design and implementation of the PMAC website strategy
  • Initiate and manage projects that further the organization’s compensation strategy and enhance tools utilized by field
  • Manage and interpret analysis of client and field data into strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Ability to monitor and implement business solutions and strategies
  • Possesses established relationships with field management, business partners and senior executives
  • Experience with training and presenting to the field and leadership at various events

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of overall experience managing and implementing new projects, interpreting analysis/competitive data, proven strong relationship building skills/business analyst
  • project management experience in a financial organization preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Intermediate to expert level MS Power Point and Excel skills
  • Proven strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects/requests
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Advisory products and ML business
