Software License Compliance - Sr. Service Delivery Consultant

Job Description:

The candidate for this role will lead a broad portfolio of initiatives and coordinate groups of cross functional participants responsible for driving improvements to the monitoring of software and resolution to 3rd Party Audits and Allegations. 

  • Drive simplification, streamlining, and automation activities based on industry best practices – to improve self-identification of compliance risks
  • Establish a Quality Control function to improve data quality by 1) testing adherence to processes and procedures, 2) create test scripts to measure process controls, reports, and outputs, 3) identify opportunities to improve the overall quality of the monitoring
  • Lead the management and resolution of Vendor Audits & Allegations by coordinating across Legal, Technology Executives, Risk Mgt., Global Procurement…etc. to minimize the financial and reputational risk to the bank
  • Understand policies, standards and processes that interact with Software Compliance team, establish partnerships with peers and external business partners to ensure changes align to bank standards and create a cohesive solution with partnering organizations (Global Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Vendor Management, CIO tech teams, etc.).

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong people management skills and how to drive change through influence
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives
  • Strong communication skills (including verbal, written, presentation and active listening)
  • Strong risk management skills including segmentation of risks 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, interpret, and match data from multiple data sources
  • Process design & re-engineering competencies to drive process efficiencies, simplification and automation
  • Knowledge and experience with software contracts negotiation, software sourcing and/or software procurement
  • Ability to read and identify relevant terms and conditions as they relate to the software license compliance.
  • Ability to navigate in a complex organization and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor degree and/or Masters degree or equivalent

Desired Skills & Abilities:

  • 5-10 Years Software License Monitoring experience leading vendor Audits & Allegations for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Usage of a Software License Management Tool i.e. -  Flexera Network Management Suite (FNMS) 
  • Knowledge of Discovery Tools i.e. BMC Discovery, Microsoft CB
  • Microsoft, IBM or Adobe software licensing experience

Colorado pay and benefits information

Colorado pay range:

$120,000 - $164,600 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
