
Job Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.
Required Skills:
Work Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm but must be flexible based on business need
Minimum 1 or more years of previous management/supervisory experience
Proficient computer/software skills including Microsoft Office - Specifically experience with Excel reporting skills, understanding & analyzing trends
Knowledge of First Mortgage processes
Strong business partnering experience/skills including the ability to interact, communicate and influence equally well within all levels of an organization
Strong risk mitigation skills
Ability to establish robust operational management routines and instill discipline and rigor
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results
Displays strong problem-solving, analytical & organizational skills
Motivated and demonstrates a willingness to accept additional responsibilities and projects.
