Business Analyst

Job Description:

Key responsibilities include business analyst work, documentation, project management, support, and operational work.
This role applies technical and business knowledge to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems. May sometimes participate in design, development and implementation of enhancements to our technologies and/or processes. Works under supervision on special projects requiring creative solutions.


In this role, you will participate in multiple special projects, and occasionally lead special projects. A specialist II will begin to develop leadership skills by developing junior staff through coaching and guidance with light hands-on supervision from management to complete deliverables.

• Lead the process of Requirement gathering, feature selection, delivery timeline, project update etc.
• Understand the data required for testing automation, assist with data mapping, create business rules and help create a sustainable process for automation
• Work in collaboration with Test Owners and lead Test selection process
• Coordinate with Product Owners and technology partners in the resolution of reported issues Partner with Front Line Units and understand the use cases for offering EIT capabilities as a service

Required and Desired Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Writing BRD and FRDs
• Experience of working in agile team setup
• 3+ years of experience in designing or executing large scale enterprise strategy (preferred in executing risk & controls oversight)
• Strong Excel, Management consulting style deck building, Strong Data Visualization capability
• Working knowledge of relational database and familiarity with data analysis/ mining tools
• Ability to work with cross functional teams in different time zones
• A pragmatic and flexible attitude towards problem solving, and a consultative working style
• Proactively engage with business partners and get their buy in, escalate risk if any
• Must be very organized and excel in managing competing priorities
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or related subjects, Advanced Degree (MS, MBA, PhD) preferred
