Third Party Identity and Access Management (IAM) Technical Analyst

Job Description:

Position will be a member of the Third Party Identity and Access Management (TPIAM) team within Global Information Security Cyber Security Assurance (GIS CSA).  This position is responsible for delivery and support of identity and access management (IAM) capabilities, processes, and governance specific to third parties.  The position will support the realization of TPIAM objectives and key results through various tasks including consulting, integration, technical and business analysis, activity planning and organization, data management, report generation, data analysis, and process improvement.  This position ultimately helps to ensure that TPIAM strategic outcomes are met in an effective and timely manner.  

Key Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
•    Consults with technology product owners, engineering teams, and control owners to drive and influence delivery of necessary capabilities to align third parties to processes and solutions
•    Promotes enablement and adoption of IAM solutions and best practices specific to third parties
•    Works across teams to expand IAM control solution coverage by third party applications
•    Influences, shapes, and contributes to IAM requirements for third parties
•    Leads and participates in IAM-related governance programs and work groups 
•    Develops and maintains processes, workflow, and procedures related to TPIAM functions
•    Supports the TPIAM leader in completing deliverables and documentation
•    Leverages understanding of organizational processes to proactively remove barriers and enable the successful delivery of TPIAM outcomes
•    Works with partners to elicit and document business and functional requirements and process/data flow diagrams
•    Remediates risks and sustains risk reduction for closed TPIAM issues and risks
•    Completes data analytics that will be used to guide business decisions; interpreting analysis into strategic and tactical recommendation and presenting results in a professional/compelling manner
•    Develops presentations, graphs, and charts to facilitate management and presentation of information
•    Drives identification of risks and opportunities through proactive data analysis and management 
•    Analyzes the impacts of proposed solutions across the business, develop use cases to explain/demonstrate the business requirements/specifications to the IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. 

Required Skills
•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant identity and access management experience
•    Strong functional and technical knowledge of IAM ecosystem, processes, and capabilities
•    Strong knowledge and experience with IAM policy, standards, and control processes
•    Experience with third party management programs and assessment programs
•    Experience with the risk framework and audit issue remediation and sustainability
•    Demonstrated ability to analyze data sets and business priorities to outline process enhancements.
•    Demonstrated ability and proven experience working across GIS, CIO organizations, and frontline units
•    Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinking with attention to detail
•    Ability to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve gaps whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization
•    Highly organized and motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
•    Comfortable working with limited information, ambiguity, and rapidly changing priorities
•    Good technology and business acumen, with ability to effectively navigate a matrixed organization
•    Experience assembling impactful reporting packages
•    Strong relationship, team building and facilitation skills
•    Advanced skills with MS Office suite including Excel macros/graphs and SharePoint

Desired Skills
•    Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
•    Experience with key Bank of America identity and access management applications, tools, and processes
•    Third party information security experience
•    Third party relationship management, supplier management or supplier governance experience
•    Project management experience
•    CISSP or related industry certification

Works under the guidance of a more senior-level manager with limited direction. Possesses extensive technical or functional knowledge in third party risk management, information security, business continuity, and governance. Typically has 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Colorado pay and benefits information

Colorado pay range:

$92,000 - $132,800 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
