
Job Description:
Responsible for executing reporting routines and delivering scorecards along with performing analysis by transforming raw data into valuable business insights. As an evolving business performance team we aim to present day-to-day organizational performance to support decision making and strategic planning across the Global Operations.
Accountable for the delivery of assigned scorecards and metric reporting routines within Global Operations and Enterprise partners.
Identifies relationships, themes and trends in data, as well considering additional sources to deliver impactful stories.
Generates new ideas, concepts and analytics methodologies to improve insights provided to senior leadership Builds, develops and maintains SharePoint sites, Tableau dashboards and/or Alteryx workflows
Executes the governance process (change requests, refresh, documentation) for assigned scorecards and routines
Incorporates Operational Excellence and Risk Management principles into all work processes
Partners within and across the organization to ensure integration across team priorities
Builds and sustain strong relationships with peers across GBAMO as well other enterprise partners
Supports audits and exams as needed
