Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a good attitude, good work ethic, and a high accuracy rate. We are looking for someone one that has the ability to work independently, can prioritize and multi task daily responsibilities, and at the same time deal with ad-hoc issues. This Candidate would be able to cope with high intensity work load, work under stress and pressure, and be able to focus in a fast paced dealing room.  

 

Responsibilities

 

Assist with Onboarding:

·         Submit AWARE for BANA KYC for GCI # and submit CPW for MLIB KYC for Coper #.

·         Request for Sierra/Altair mnemonic and Harmony set up for Altair in COB. Sierra Harmony set up follow up with EClient FX team.

·         Liaise with US Doc/operations on give account request DN

·         Check docs ISDA, submit ISDA request, follow up

·         Check DF, UMR, EMIR & MIFID checks.

·         PC tracking, mapping, manual upload and investigate missing PC in Compass.

 

Trade bookings and trade related admin issues:

·         Help book trades for Sales in Sierra/Altair/Vmaster/Bloomberg when necessary, Dodd Frank regulations and reporting requires quick actionable deal booking.

·         Help allocate/split trades and correct or amend trades for Sales.

·         Investigate trade discrepancies with back office and client’s fo/mo/bo.

·         Pro-active with IT on new systems to provide feedback and ways to improve our daily roles.

·         As current technology does not support some of the corporate GTS payments work flow, manual entries of up to 50 tickets a day on average need to be booked.

·         Assist sales management on revenue and budget reports and solve errors with Compass.

 

Others:

·         Able to price/quote/execute FX (Spot, FWD, Swap, Option), Rate (IRS, CCS), and Bonds.

·         Able to communicate with clients in a professional manner.

·         Pro-active and kept up-to-date with news and global market updates.

·         Take on ad hoc projects to improve daily routine and team efficiency.
